Vehicle Accident Reconstruction is the process of investigating, analyzing, and drawing conclusions about the events of a collision to determine how it occurred. Reconstructionist conduct rigorous analysis to identify the cause of a collision and contributing factors which include the three key elements of any collision: Human Factors, Vehicle Factors, and Environment/Road Factors.

While accident investigation techniques and engineering principles serve as a basis for reconstructionists’ analysis, a true accident reconstruction requires specialized training at the highest level of technical investigation.   The resulting reconstruction provides an in-depth analysis of the collision, which an expert witness can present at trial.

Founded in 1993, NCTI maintains a full time staff & facility dedicated solely to the technical investigation & reconstruction of traffic collisions. Michael Gillen and the NCTI Team have over 100 years of combined experience in accident investigation and reconstruction, serving both plaintiff and defense firms and have provided expert testimony in approximately 500 cases in Federal, Military, State and local courts including cases where our expertise was upheld by the LA Supreme Court.

NCTI stands ready to meet all of your accident reconstruction needs. To get started, call 225-924-7756 or visit http://nctigroup.com
