Scott graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. He is a retired Baton Rouge City Police Officer with over 20 years of experience. In addition to investigating traffic accidents and conducting traffic stops, Scott also served as a supervisor in the Homicide Division.  Scott brings years of investigative experience to NCTI where he has completed Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety courses in Accident Investigation and Vehicle Dynamics.  He is currently continuing his education with Accident Reconstruction courses. Scott has obtained his FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License to allow him to operate NCTI’s drones.
