Matthew graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Administration. Matthew served as a Police Officer in the greater Houston area for over 8 years, where he investigated over 560 traffic collisions, was a member of the Police Department’s Collision Reconstruction Team, investigating and reconstructing fatal collisions, as well as a Patrol Sergeant. Matthew holds an Advanced Collision Reconstructionist certificate through Texas A&M (TEEX), and now uses his training and experience to investigate accidents for NCTI.  Matthew has also obtained his FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License to allow him to operate NCTI’s drones.
