Justin joined NCTI in 2009 and is a graduate of Louisiana State University’s Mechanical Engineering program. In addition to his experience in Risk Management, he has also completed the 320 hour set of 5 courses in Accident Reconstruction at Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety in Evanston, IL. As Project Manager, he ensures that our clients’ needs, expectations, and deadlines are met on a continual basis. He works closely with both our clients and our technicians scheduling work assignments, depositions, trials, and overseeing casework. As Evidence Manager, Justin also oversees our evidence and vehicle storage system which provides systematic tracking of chain of custody for evidence held on behalf of NCTI’s clients, thereby eliminating spoliation concerns.
