David Evans
Reconstruction Technician

David has a total of 14 years of experience in law enforcement with the Jackson Police Department in Tennessee and the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Department in Louisiana. During his career in law enforcement, he was a member of accident reconstruction teams where he responded to and investigated automobile accidents that involved fatalities and serious injuries. David has completed courses in Accident Investigation and Vehicle Dynamics and is currently continuing his education in Accident Reconstruction with Northwestern University’s Center for Public Safety.  David has obtained his FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License to allow him to operate NCTI’s drones.
